Comfort IconName Gold-768x314 Comfort International aims to see wholeness, purpose and unity restored in people and communities across the nations of the world through the powerful love and practical action of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom.

Since their foundation in 1999, they have worked closely with local partners to ensure that people can become self-sufficient long after they have helped them.  They currently work with partners in Rwanda, DR Congo, Burundi, South Sudan and Uganda to bring lasting transformation to lives and communities.
 
Their work includes:
  • Providing healthcare and hospital facilities in DR Congo.
  • Identifying and rescuing street kids and giving them a loving home.
  • Facilitating healing and reconciliation in post-genocide and conflict communities.
  • Supporting vulnerable mums and their babies.
  • Providing education, training and help to start a business.
  • Rehabilitating ex-child soldiers.
  • Providing church leadership training.
